Freeze Greek yogurt in a muffin tin and slice up your favorite fruits. Add about 3 yogurt pucks with a cup and a half of fruit to a ziploc bag and then you have breakfast smoothies made for the morning. Just blend with a splash of juice and enjoy!
In the container of an electric blender, combine strawberries, banana, juice, frozen yogurt, 1 cup of orange or apple juice and crushed ice. Process until smooth. Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately. *Can substitute juice for milk.
