The *Insanity* Workout: 20 Minutes to Totally Toned

Insanity Workout - Do each of these 6 moves for 1 minute without stopping between exercises. After you've completed 1 round, rest for 60 seconds, then go again. Perform the circuit 3 times (20 minutes & done!) 2 days in a row. Take a rest day & repeat. (Did one circuit-taking a break to learn each move and about died!! It will take some time to work into three circuits without stopping-Killer!!)

Seriously killer butt workout--and you can do this. Just think if you did this exercise twice a day everyday for a few months. Do you think you'd get to buy smaller jeans? Probably so.
