Roasted Chickpeas~I’m always looking for snacks that are healthy, salty, and crunchy. I love potato chips, and they aren’t easy to replace. But these roasted chickpeas are simple and nutritious — I find them crunchy and satisfying. Leave off the spice if you don’t like spicy food you can make a sweet version with a sprinkle of sugar & cinnamon or even try seasoning salt & garlic! (instead of the cayenne & salt).
Better Baked Potato! Make 1inch cuts into potato and stuff onion slices, butter, garlic and spices inside! Spray with a little olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Roll it up in foil and bake it! Ninety minutes to potato perfection!
