Movie night treat: Marshmallow Caramel Popcorn. 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. butter 9-10 marshmallows 12 c. popcorn. Microwave brown sugar and butter for 2 minutes. Add marshmallows. Microwave until melted, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Pour over popcorn. Def. going to try
Yummy soft caramel popcorn! 1 C. Brown Sugar, 1 cube butter, 1 C. light Karo syrup, 1 can sweetened condensed milk. Melt all the ingredients in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Once caramel is boiling cook for approximately two minutes stirring constantly. Pour over popcorn immediately (this recipe will cover three bags of popcorn thoroughly).
Cheesy Potato Breakfast Casserole - Matt would like bacon crumbled on top or throughout, half an onion and possibly more egg if using fresh potatoes not hashies. I used fresh which i baked in oven (poking holes) at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Crockpot Version of Bacon Wrapped Little Smokies --- Ingredients: *1 lb. bacon, cut into thirds, *2 lbs of mini cocktail wieners, *1/2 to 3/4 cups brown sugar. Directions: Wrap bacon slices around wieners, secure with a toothpick. Arrange one layer of wrapped wieners in the bottom of slow cooker. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Repeat layers ending with brown sugar. Cover and cook on low setting for 5-6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
