    MONTEREY CHICKEN! 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1/4 c. bbq sauce 1/4 c. real bacon bits 1 c. colby jack cheese, shredded 1 14 oz. can Rotel tomatoes, drained (canned with green chilies added) sliced green onions pepper Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pound out chicken breasts to flatten; pepper. Grill chicken until no long pink+place on baking sheet covered w/ foil. Top each breast w/ tbsp bbq sauce,1/4 c. cheese,1/4 c. tomatoes, green onions+tbs bacon bits. Bake~5 minutes.

Cheddar Bacon Ranch Pulls 1 unsliced loaf of (round) sourdough bread 8-12 oz cheddar cheese, thinly sliced 3 oz bag Oscar Mayer Real Bacon bits 1/2 cup butter, melted 1 Tbsp Ranch dressingmix cut the bread going both directions. Don't cut through bottom crust. Place slices of cheese in between cuts. Sprinkle bacon on bread. Mix together butter and Ranch dressing mix. Pour over bread. Wrap entire loaf in foil, place on baking sheet. Bake at 350, 15 minutes. Unwrap. Bake until cheese is melted.

Better then the restaurant, you will not believe you actually made this! Easy to make, much of the recipe can be prepared the night before
