Chicken Pot Pie by Ina Garten - I didn't bother with the individual pies. This recipie would make way more than four anyway. You can cut back on the butter and you don't lose flavor. I also added some mushrooms to round out the taste.
2 chicken breasts 1 cans cream of chicken soup 1 envelopes of chicken gravy mix hot steamed rice Combine all ingredients in a crockpot and cook on low for hours. Before serving break the chicken breasts into bite sized pieces. Serve over hot steamed rice.
