    La mejor receta de TACOS que probé: 500 g harina 1/2 cda sal 300 cc agua 1 cda aceite Unir los ingredientes y amasar hasta que quede liso. Descansar 30 minutos. Cortar bollitos de 50 gs y dejar descansar de nuevo. Estirar círculos de 1 o 2 mm de grosor. Cocinar vuelta y vuelta sobre sartén bien caliente, sin materia grasa. En total se cocinan en 30 o 40 segundos. Si se cocina en exceso no se pueden doblar. Reservar encimadas y tapadas con un repasador para que conserven el calor y la humedad.
