Tears pour down my face at the remembrance of a day in a hospital room when my grandma was nearing the beginning of her life with Jesus and we stood around her bed and sang this hymn. I love you Grandma!
musical designs - what a beautiful idea - I am so going to do do this for my digital scrapbooking!!
STEPHANIE----old paper wreath - great way to use up old books....there is also a youtube video showing how to make one of these. Basically you staple the individual pages into cones and them glue or staple them onto a backer - the bigger the pages and the more layers you do - the bigger the wreath
Use any phrase from a hymn or song with music paper underneath. A Christmas carol would be great
Totally making this. Super easy, get letter decals, canvas, and silver paint. Spell everything out with the letters, then paint the whole canvas silver. Before paint is dry peel decals off carefully, leaving the white letters. I wouldn't recommend letting it dry before taking the letters off, the paint might peel in some areas.
It is well with my soul...I love the story behind how this hymn came to be written--this was played at my Dad's funeral----"When peace like a river attended my way-when sorrows like sea billows roll--whatever my lot Thou has taught me to say -It is well -It is well with my soul"~~~
