I drink about two or three cups of this herbal tea a week. It's good for when I want something to sip on without a lot of caffeine. Highly recommend it if you like rhubarb.

Flexibility is SO important for overall fitness, but undoubtedly THE most overlooked component of most people's plans.

Mornings are my enemy... but maybe someday I will be able to drag myself out of bed and workout.
