      The Ultimate Hips, Bum, and Thigh Workout- 3 exercises, 50 reps, 15 minutes a day.. these 3 workouts will make you sore for days, on just one set of each. for beginners i definitely recommend 25 lunges, 30 squats, and 30 back extensions. i did the the sets in 3s and at 50 reps each...very good workout but can barely walk!! work your way up to 3 sets of 50

    Sounds like a great cardio workout. Only one I'm not sure of is Mountain Climber, but I will figure it out.

    I would do this with these modifications: see how many rounds I can do in 20 minutes, do 10 plyo lunges, 10 push-ups, 10 jump squats, 10 sit-ups, and 10 squat jacks

    Great and simple exercises. Add to your workout plan and do 32X for each leg. Your butt will thank you! ;)

    Awesome ~ No Lunge Thigh Workout ~ Great ideas for people with bad knees or who are tired of lunges... Balancing on one leg is another great way to tone!
