Zesty italian potatoes! yummy! red potatoes cubed with skin left on, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, coat with a package of zesty italian dressing mix and stir to coat, add minced onion for flavor, salt and pepper to taste. cook 400 degree oven for 45 minutes or until tender. top with grates parmesan cheese.

This recipe for Balsamic & Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower is an all-time reader favorite and a delicious side dish to try! Roasting may not be the first cooking method you think of when it comes to cauliflower but we promise the results will be super tasty!

My mom makes these ALL the time :) Spinach Balls  2(10 oz.)pkgs frozen spinach, thawed & well-drained  2 sm onions, very finely chopped  2 1/4 c. stuffing with herbs (I use Pepperidge Farm)  6 eggs, beaten; 1/2 c. melted butter  1/2c Parmesan cheese;2tsp garlic salt   1tsp. black pepper  Mix all ingredients.
