Pineapple Upside Down Cocktail (2½ cups pineapple juice 3 oz cake-flavored vodka 1 oz amaretto 2 tsp fresh lime juice 1 oz grenadine)

Raspberry Crush: 3/4 oz Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur 1/2 oz Simple Syrup* 4-5 Raspberries 2 oz Gin Soda water Muddle raspberries in a pint glass, add ice followed by the simple syrup, gin, and ginger liqueur. Shake and pour into a highball glass. Top with Soda water and garnish with additional raspberries. *To make simple syrup, boil 1 cup of water, remove from heat and stir in 1 cup sugar until dissolved. Once cooled it is ready to use.
