Food and Wine Magazine's Balsamic-Marinated Flank Steak- I made this recipe with a few changes: Flat Iron Steak, used fresh rosemary, and skipped out on doing the blender. If you're only using the vinaigrette for a meat marinade, it soaked up the flavors nicely with out all the extra dishes to wash :-)
