simple corn chowder- loved this so much, even better day 2. Would HIGHLY recommend pureeing it at the end- I tasted it before and did not like it, then puréed most of it with an immersion blender and it was awesome. PW Corn & Cheese chowder. I swapped the pepperjack for some sharp white cheddar and added a can of crabmeat. It was pretty awesome, but I will add some tobasco the next time!
