Crabmeat and Corn Soup! Reminds me of the soup my late Aunt Odessa made in New Orleans every time she knew I was coming to visit as a child, because she knew it was my FAVORITE! The only difference was that she used small, fresh shrimp instead of crab. simple corn chowder- loved this so much, even better day 2. Would HIGHLY recommend pureeing it at the end- I tasted it before and did not like it, then puréed most of it with an immersion blender and it was awesome. Def need to add salt at the end- it was a bit bland before that. Will definitely be making this often!!!
