Pumpkin Butter and Cream Cheese Danishes

<3 Cherry Pie - Pit & quarter 5oz cherries, mix in 1T brn sugar, 1/2t almond ext, 1t lemon juice, 1T+2t cornstarch. Flour counter & unfold 1 puff pastry sheet, lightly roll about ½” larger on all sides. Cut out 2 6" rounds. Put on tray lined w/ parchment. Put cherries on one side of round, about ½” from edge. Beat 1 egg yolk & 2T cream, brush entire edge. Fold over the dough & crimp to seal edges. Slice 3 slits in top of pies & sprinkle w/ sugar. Bake for 18-21 min. @ 400.
