Cover the bottom of the crock with brown sugar. Place ham on top of the brown sugar and add pineapple tidbits with the juice. Sprinkle ham with more brown sugar. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours. There are things I must do this holiday season... This is one of them
Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Pasta - This was a HIT! but very rich so best served with lots o veggies or as compliment to a salad. Also, I cut the cheese (tee-hee) back to 1 cup moz and 1/4 cup blue - helped a LOT with the richness. And definately use Franks original BUFFALO sauce!!
