The hubby made this as a breakfast-in-bed gift for the holidays, and it is SO GOOD. Like holy cow, delicious. We used Daiya cream cheese (better than Tofutti, we think) and even though it had a hard time staying together, the end result was divine. Definitely recommend using a non-stick pan and a bread with some density (ours fell right apart once dipped in batter).
