    Chocolate Eclair Cake ~ I've made this for over 20 years (we've always called it a cream puff cake because it's closer to a cream puff than an eclair), and I also use chocolate pudding. We always up the amount of cream cheese, too. I've also done a half and half (French Vanilla on one half and chocolate on the other) and that's always a hit. This is one of my son's all time favorite desserts!

Spread snickers on bottom of pie crust. Next layer the apples next. Then drizzle caramel on top. Combine cool whip, cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk together in a small bowl and spread on top. Drizzle with caramel and a few snickers. Place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Take out about 5 minutes before serving and top with fresh apple slices.
