California Club Quesadillas - these took about 20ish minutes to make. I blackened the chicken my own way, sauteed some onions, prob could have waited for a more ripe avocado (but I wanted them tonight!), bacon bits, and cheese. They looked so pretty in person and the portion was so filling because I stuffed them with food. Went wonderful with some sour cream! The recipe was from a weight watchers blog, I just used it for guidance totally splurged where I wanted.
