Using a canvas to cover alarm panels or thermostats. Been wanting to do this for forever. Just can't decide what to paint.

Hinged canvas - good idea if you have something in the middle of the wall that you can't hang pictures on! I like this and I would love to cover thermostat in middle of wall, but I think it would affect the thermostat receiving the correct air temp in the room. ??? JT

Hinged canvas to disguise alarm panels (some pinners are using it to cover thermostats but I think that would mess up their ability to read the room temp)

Hinged canvas frame to hide stuff on walls. Good idea for the dining room once we take down that wall, plus hinges on one side screw into stud, easier to level.
