Red Wine Burgers ~T~ These are so tasty.You make a reduction of good red wine, brown sugar and rosemary. Mix some of it with ground beef, diced red onion, gorgonzola cheese, crumbled cooked bacon, garlic, worcestershire, salt and pepper. As you grill brush with some of the reduction. Serve on toasted bun, with drizzle of reduction. Cook some sliced onions to serve on top. I don't often eat beef or burgers but when I do I want something like this.

Courtbouillon This can be made with chicken, shrimp or fish sometimes I add andouille sausage. Add about 1 tablespoon of creole seasoning for flavor and don't forget if you using creole seasoning with salt omit the salt in the recipe.
