Where it all started! This is the first workout plan I used to lose my baby weight. If you are looking for a place to start THIS IS IT! I started with level 1 and each time I leveled up I still continued to do the level before until I was able to complete the whole hour and a bit. I believe this is the most effective way to get results from the 30 day shred.
