Simply Scratch » Carrot Coconut Cake...I love cake. I could probably eat it everyday. Thinking of subbing gf flour for ap in this recipe and making it for Easter...fingers crossed (some recipes just don't convert successfully to a gluten-free version).
Coconut Cream Pie Bars. This recipe makes a fabulous Coconut Cream custard and a wonderful flaky crust. The bars are easier to cut than pie and better because the recipe makes a fabulous 9X13. LOVE THESE!
