Gotye - Somebody That I Used To Know (feat. Kimbra) - official video. This grew on me. Subject matter is not very "up" ... kind of a been there, done that thing. The vocals are outstanding and and the visuals are intriguing.

Gotye has been exploding within the past few weeks with the song "Somebody that I Used to Know" featuring Kimbra. I was curious to see why this musician is so huge. I see why. He is flipping fantastic! Check out his other stuff!

Gotye! I haven't been this creatively inspired by a performance and an artist since REM. I recently had the pleasure to enjoy my first Gotye show and it will definitely not be the last. His voice is so gorgeous and his music is so inventive and fascinating!

"your heart's a mess, you won't admit to it, it makes no sense, but I'm desperate to connect, and you can't live like this. love ain't safe, you won't get hurt if you stay chaste, so you can wait, but I don't wanna waste my love.."

Oh hey, I'm Gotye, and I like to sit in fields, throw records around, and make fabulous albums.

Somebody That I Used to Know (Goyte ft. Kimbra) -- This is a little more "On the nose" than usual when it comes to the category, art as visual music, but obvious or not, it's intriguing on several levels.
