yeah, last year my friend Marie, (6th grade) NEVER spoke seriously i heard her speak like 12 times the whole year! now this year (7th) she speaks at least once or twice at lunch! maybe next year (8th) she'll be talking more! (no one can talk more than me!)

This is totally correct. Describes me perfectly....except I am an adrenaline junkie, but mostly an introvert.

Talk about the things that are really important to you. Don't talk about everything, that's just annoying...just saying

I just don't have the words to help you understand. I'm lost in those times & have no energy to try. I hate those times. Loneliest & lowest days

I need to print these up on business cards to hand out to everyone who has to interact with me.

Please read this list if you "care" about me. I'm tired of people saying "oh what's wrong why aren't you talking there has to be something wrong." There isn't. I just need to be alone and with my own thoughts. I'm not mad or upset. I just want to be by myself and that's okay. This is me, believe it of not!!!

the people you can think out loud in front of

and that's the thing about people who mean everything they say. They think everyone else does too.

I think I am an introvert. I must be. But I always wondered why I was able to be energetic and talkative some times and quiet and shy others. THIS is why.

People ask me whats wrong all the time or say I don't look happy

society's loss, too, that introverted types are often severely misunderstood. Introverted people are kind, thoughtful, nonjudgmental, creative, hard working, mind-our-own-business, sit-and-shut up-and-work types. We should not be punished because we don't chit chat and gossip and spread untrue, hurtful rumors, with phony Joker-smiles plastered on our faces.
