Roasted Herb Veggies ~ Red Potatoes, Yellow Bell Pepper, Green Beans, Zucchini, Carrots, and Onion. Toss with Olive Oil, Fresh Thyme, Lemon Juice, Salt & Pepper, and Garlic. Roast at 450°F for 35-45 mins.
3/4 lb of green beans 2-3 tsp. extra virgin olive oil Sea Salt, to taste Cracked black pepper, to taste Granulated garlic, to taste Crushed red pepper flakes, to taste 2-3 tsp balsamic vinegar Bake at 425 degrees for 10-15 min, turn beans. Bake another 10-15 min.
