Is it weird that being in Japan is inspiring me to cook more Asian food at home? Chicken yakisoba here, but I'll have to sub GF spaghetti noodles for the ramen.

chicken yakisoba [Budget Bytes] ----- Made this for lunch without the chicken. Delicious! But next time I'll add more ginger and some garlic. And maybe some more hot sauce. I used a full tablespoon of Sriracha and it was barely spicy.

Dragon Noodles - These were really tasty! I just used some fettuccine because it's what I had and it worked great! I was a little scared that it was going to be burn-your-face-off spicy, and don't get me wrong, it's very spicy, but it was totally manageable.
