    Chicken Yakisoba. This is the closest I've ever gotten to making good Asian food at home. I need lessons or something. I tweaked the recipe the 2nd time I made it and added a few more veggies, a little less cabbage, and a can of sliced water chestnuts.

Chicken Yakisoba - sub baked tofu for chicken, add 1 T pepper vinegar, add other vegs on hand. we had no worchestershire. Thoughts sesame seeds, a little more vinegar.

chicken yakisoba [Budget Bytes] ----- Made this for lunch without the chicken. Delicious! But next time I'll add more ginger and some garlic. And maybe some more hot sauce. I used a full tablespoon of Sriracha and it was barely spicy.

Chicken Yakisoba. I changed up the sauce - soy sauce, rice vinegar and a little sugar. I love noodles!

Dragon Noodles - These were really tasty! I just used some fettuccine because it's what I had and it worked great! I was a little scared that it was going to be burn-your-face-off spicy, and don't get me wrong, it's very spicy, but it was totally manageable.
