Selling to Companies who is responsible for the purchase decision in companies. In my experience the decision is rarely left to one person. Companies will set up systems and staff may have discretionary spend levels up to for example £300 or even £1,000. This discretionary spend is usually for repeat purchases that have already been authorised as a category by senior management.
