DIY Iridescent, watercolor-like paint made from eyeshadow People are using mica pigments (such as Pearl Ex) for eyeshadow (I don't recommend this). But what about vise versa? I Googled and found info for TURNING YOUR EYESHADOW INTO PAINT! -JLN✒
