Cream Cheese Sausage Balls ~ By far the best sausage balls ever... The cream cheese keeps the sausage balls very moist and tender.

orange muffins - yummm!! new bakers do NOT get put off by the sour cream: sour cream, buttermilk and Greek yogurt all help to make GREAT muffins! An afterthought: mini semi-sweet chocolate chips would be a great addition to the orange flavor (and kids would love them for breakfast).
Mozzarella Cheese Ball 8 oz package cream cheese, softened 1/2 package (4 1/2 tsp) dry ranch dressing mix 1/3 cup mayonnaise 2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese finely chopped pecans Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Form mixture into a ball and roll in chopped pecans. Refrigerate before serving with crackers.
Feta Cheese Ball (2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 green onions, finely chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano freshly cracked black pepper to taste)
Homemade Blue cheese dressing - I love Bleu cheese dressing (I buy 'Marie's' or 'Naturally Fresh' and soften the taste of it it with mayo) on my spinach salad (w/sliced egg & mushrooms, garlic & butter croutons and real bacon pieces) - I make a "meal" out of it in a big bowl. It is absolutely delish!! :)
