Potatoes baked in Chicken Broth, Garlic and Butter: peel potatoes, place in baking dish with 1 inch broth mixed with garlic. Place a tiny pat of butter on each potato and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 until done, sprinkling with parsley for the last 10 minutes.
4 chicken breasts cut in 12 pcs. Salt and pepper, garlic pwdr, & chili pwdr to taste. Wrap seasoned chick in bacon slices and then roll in brown sugar. 2-3TBS olive oil into an oven proof dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and bacon is nice and brown and crispy. Drizzle juices over meat several times while cooking. **very easy and yummy**
