Meat
• 1 Bacon, cooked
• 1 lb Italian sausage, ground hot or mild
Produce
• 5 oz 1 bundle of lacinato kale
• 2 tbsp Garlic
• 1 Onion, large yellow or sweet
• 2 Poblano peppers
• 2 1/2 lbs Potatoes
Canned Goods
• 7 cups Chicken broth, low-sodium
Baking & Spices
• 1 tsp Black pepper, cracked
• 1 tbsp Fennel seed, dried
• 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
• 2 tsp Sea salt or kosher salt
Oils & Vinegars
• 1 tbsp Olive oil
Dairy
• 1 cup Heavy whipping cream
• 1 Parmesan cheese
Other
• crusty bread slices (toasted & buttered), for dunking in the broth
