BYZANTINE CLOISONNÉ RING. Constantinople?, 10th century, gold, enamel, bezel 13 x 14 mm. This ring has been reassembled in modern times by joining a reeded gold band with four gold granules to a circular flat roundel with floral design in red, blue, green and white cloisonné enamel.
