Put a tiny bit of toothpaste into a small cup, mix in one teaspoon baking soda plus one teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide, and half a teaspoon water. Thoroughly mix then brush your teeth for two minutes. Remember to do it once a week until you have reached the results you want. Once your teeth are good and white, limit yourself to using the whitening treatment once every month or two.
Instead of using extra laundry detergent to pre-treat, we turn to our old school friend: white chalk. Simply rub onto greasy stains and the chalk powder will absorb the grease, making the stain easily removable by the laundry soap in the wash.

We took an old t-shirt that was stained and yellowed under the armpits. From left to right we used coffee, chocolate, wine, baby oil and grass. We let the stains sit overnight. Then we set to work removing the stains. The Recipe: * 1 part Dawn * 1 part baking soda * 2 parts hydrogen peroxide
White Vinegar - the only cleaner you'll ever need. It kills 99% of bacterias, 82% of molds and more than 80% of viruses. You can use it with tea tree oil, hydrogen peroxide, or baking soda to increase its antibacterial effectiveness. WARNING: hydrogen peroxide and vinegar should be applied separately, not mixed together and NEVER mix bleach with vinegar — it creates a dangerous chemical reaction.
