I'll try to do low carb veg instead of fruit. Can't loose a thing with anything over 20 carbs a day, and then it's a week. I like the idea of choosing one thing to do throughout one single day, easier to shoot for.
1 pound - way puts things into perspective! I've lost 23 pounds, most of which i lost last year. I have only lost a couple more pounds recently but I have been holding at my lowest weight in years. Now to get another 15 pounds off of me!
You don't do all of these at once. You start at the bottom do the exercises everyday until they aren't a challenge anymore and then you move up in reps. The idea is eventually you will be able to do all of them, working up to Morning Ritual = Results
