CUCUMBER SALAD IN A JAR  4 thinly sliced cukes  1-large sliced red onions  1-large sliced green peppers  1-tbsp salt  2-cup white vinegar  1 1/2-cups sugar  1 tsp celery flakes  1tsp red pepper flakes  Put vinegar, sugar, celery flakes and pepper flakes in a pot & bring to a boil.
