Baked Tortellini Casserole - I liked the base recipe for this dish, but I feel it needs to be open to interpretation. I added a ton of spices to get the flavor where I wanted it; it needed sugar and salt to cut the acidity down. If you are using dry tortellini (the kind that just comes in a box) then expect your noodles to be al dente. I actually like the way the noodles came out, but not everyone will; so consider cooking them a little if you prefer very soft noodles.
