No-Knead Crusty Artisan Bread. My verdict: oh. My. Gosh. I am the worst homemade bread/ roll maker and I don't have a Dutch oven. I made this in a covered Pyrex 2 qt dish. It's FABULOUS!! The easiest thing ever. My family loves it! -kp
Easy, No-knead Crusty Bread Very Good Moist on the inside chewy crisp outside baked it in cast iron and it didn't stick at all. Let it rest 18 hours and has a lovely flavour. Dusted it in oatmeal and flour and that worked nice too. Will try again soon.
