microwave chips .... Oh. My. Word. Never buying store bought chips again. I mixed all ingredients in a gallon ziplock bag. Plus, I added garlic salt and pepper. I bet it'd be great if you added dry Italian dressing packet or even a ranch dressing packet. - This is amazing. I'd rather buy a couple of potatoes then some fatty bag of chips!
Bruschetta.... I use fresh tomatoes, fresh garlic, lots of crushed dried oregano, a bit of dried basil, salt, pepper, a dash of garlic salt and olive oil and a bit of red wine vinegar....and I am always told it's the best bruschetta they've ever had....easy peasy

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Spoon cheese by tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart on prepared baking sheet. Spread each mound to a 2-inch diameter. Sprinkle mounds with pepper. Bake at 400° for 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp and golden. Cool completely on baking sheet. Remove from baking sheet using a thin spatula.
