Crack Cake – 1box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix, 1/4 c brown sugar, 1/4 c sugar, 2 tsp cinnamon, 1 box instant vanilla pudding, 4 eggs, 3/4 c water, 3/4 c oil and 1/2 c white wine. Mix all ingredients by hand or mixer. Pour into a greased bunt pan and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. When cake comes out of oven, melt 1 stick butter into 1 c sugar and 1/4 c wine. Pour over hot cake, cool, then flip out of pan onto plate and serve.
Take a box of Angel Food Cake mix , and combine it with a 20 ounce can of crushed pineapple in its own juice. When you do this, something magical happens. The mixture starts to froth and it turns into an amazingly airy, fluffy bowl of deliciousness right before your eyes. 2 ingredient lemon bars..box of angel food cake mix and a can of lemon pie filling... Mix them together and bake in a 9x13 cake pan at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. As they are cooling, you can sprinkle with powder sugar if you wish (Which I guess technically makes this a 3-ingredient recipe).
