My avocado, baby arugula/romaine hearts salad =] Chop 2-3 whole leaves of romaine lettuce, mix with some fresh baby arugula. Chop whatever veggies you want! I like to make my own dressing: 1/4cup olive oil, as much red wine vinegar as you like and fresh seasonings, like oregano, parsley, basil, some onion powder and freshly chopped garlic. Shake well and pour over salad and devour! So delicious! My go to salad!
