Smoothie Packs - Love this idea! She calculated it out to be less than $1.50 a smoothie and around 200 calories. Add a scoop of protein powder (to beef up the calorie count and add protein) and some milk or juice when you toss in the blender, and it would an amazing meal option!
One of my new favorite smoothies. It taste like a milkshake, but is healthy enough for a meal. Chocolate Peanut Butter – 2 TBL unsweetened cocoa powder, 2 TBL peanut butter, 1 banana, 1 cup almond milk (or milk or water), ice, protein power optional. 320 calories total.
DIY Smoothie Packets; freeze yogurt ahead of time in ice-cube trays or muffin tins. Add frozen yogurt to ziploc baggies with your favorite fruit; freeze packets until you're ready for a smoothie and then just blend contents of a smoothie packet with water, juice or milk for a yummy smoothie.
