Flaxmeal Sandwich/Burger Bun I modified the recipe as follows and the buns turned out fantastic. I doubled the recipe and replaced half the Flax with raw button mushrooms (run through a processor until finely chopped) Used 3 eggs and 3 egg white equivalents. Subbed splenda for the sugar. Reduced the parmesan cheese to 80g and added 100g unflavoured why isolate proteiin powder.
