Burpees Challenge. this site has a bunch of different 30 day challenges including cardio, core, pushups, planks, squats etc. These are brilliant!
I'm doing these challenge now but you can do also the 1 to 100 burpee challenge. Each day do one more burpee that the day before . I lost 8 pounds doing that. Example : day 1: 1 burpee, day 2: 2 burpee until you finish in day 100 : 100 burpees. Good luck!!

These are all pretty good ideas -- except the suggestion near the bottom left, which says you should weigh in MORE. I'm pretty sure studies show that you should weigh in LESS often (about once a week), as very normal weight fluctuation throughout the day (like a 5 pound fluctuation!) and from day to day can confuse and discourage you.
