Simply Whole Kitchen: Tomato Basil Tart {Food Matters Project}. I ended up making this into a quiche by adding a mixture of 10 oz homo milk and 3 eggs (with salt, pepper and ground cayenne to taste, all whisked together) to the tomato/basil/cheese filling. Oven at 350F, baked for 30-40 minutes. It turned out VERY yummy. Next time, will make sure to de-seed/de-membrane the tomatoes as the quiche as a touch watery.
