These printables are great to be placed on baskets for children to use throughout the day. With this system students do not need to get up to sharpen a pencil during the school day because when theirs breaks there will be ones ready to use! This is definetly a much less noisy way for students to solve the problem of a broken pencil during lessons!

Duct tape on the end of teacher pencils to prevent getting mixed up with student pencils.

Add duct tape to pencils to keep them from disappearing :) Colors can match the color of the table. Easy to see where pencils belong and all tables have enough. I swear my class eats pencils! I am going to color code my tables.

Have a General "Lost" bucket. love this idea, I don't know how many times a day students bring me a pencil or marker that they found on the floor. when someone doesn't have something, go grab from the lost bucket!
