Observatorie Museet - Weaving made between October - November 2013 on a journey through Greece/Italy on a Travis Meinolf laser loom (slighty adapted).

Do this with scrap yarn and thread twine at the top for hanging. This will offer color and warmth to walls and random dead space in a room :)

Hannah Waldron - I'd forgotten how much I used to love weaving!

A place where I can show projects that I am currently working on, personal ideas that I'm thinking about, what I'm interested in at the moment.

Hannah Waldron - Maze 7 cm x 65 cm, various yarns // Hannah's weavings explore the documentation of experience and place as well as ideas of nomadic furniture.

Small tapestry by Hannah Waldron. Repinned by Elizabeth VanBuskirk. Weavers, art teachers, she is an inspiring artist, designer and weaver. You might like to see her tumblr site where she discusses design and her process. Also http://hannahwaldron.blogspot.com/ i also recommend her pinterest pages.

A little more about my recent weaving commission, KURUKURU, a result of the brief by Landfill Editions to create a work ‘that referenced in some way Eduardo Paolozzi’s visual maximalism, disorienting.
