St. Patrick's Chocolate & Mint Cheesecake Bars - It was very yummy. Loved the crust. Smells wonderful baking,! I would suggest letting them completely chill over night before eating because it made a huge difference in the taste and then we couldn't stop eating them!! A real crowd-pleaser!
Strawberry Brownies! Mix strawberry cake mix, 2 eggs, 1/3 c. oil, spread/press into 9x13 pan (dough will be really thick) and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. For glaze, mix 1 c. Powdered sugar with 2-3 tablespoons milk. Pour over warm brownies.
Awesomeness in a pan - Preheat oven to 350; smoosh 1.5 squares of break-apart refrigerated cookie dough into the bottom of each well. Place Reese cup upside down on top of cookie dough (or an Oreo!). Top with prepared box brownie mix, filling 3/4 full. Bake for 18 minutes.
