Chocolate Mint Brownies

I have a strong suspicion Jenn over at A Cook’s Quest is trying to fatten me up. I mean I could seriously eat an entire pan of these. Best BrowniesEver. I made these last night and they were fantastic and super easy. Just melt butter and beat in the other ingredients. Then bake and frost. Theyre super delicious too!

St. Patrick's Chocolate & Mint Cheesecake Bars - It was very yummy. Loved the crust. Smells wonderful baking,! I would suggest letting them completely chill over night before eating because it made a huge difference in the taste and then we couldn't stop eating them!! A real crowd-pleaser!

Strawberry Brownies! Mix strawberry cake mix, 2 eggs, 1/3 c. oil, spread/press into 9x13 pan (dough will be really thick) and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. For glaze, mix 1 c. Powdered sugar with 2-3 tablespoons milk. Pour over warm brownies.

Awesomeness in a pan - Preheat oven to 350; smoosh 1.5 squares of break-apart refrigerated cookie dough into the bottom of each well. Place Reese cup upside down on top of cookie dough (or an Oreo!). Top with prepared box brownie mix, filling 3/4 full. Bake for 18 minutes.
