"Rose" Apple Pie Bites: Ingredients 1 cup cake flour; 1 red apple; 2 tbsp sugar; 1 tbsp honey; 3 tbsp water; 1/2 stock butter; cinnamon (if you like it). Slice apples thinly, soak in ginger ale to prevent browning. Dry slices well. Cut thinly rolled pie crust into strips. Lay apple slices end to end, slightly overlapping with a little extra pie crust at the bottom. Fold extra pie crust over to hold apples in place. Roll into shape. Bake at 425°F until browned & centers are cooked through.
