Dinner: Quorn pieces fried in coconut oil with okra. Plain tortillas with humous (provides you with protein/essential vitamin & minerals, while it can be high in fat, it is mostly heart-healthy unsaturated fat) -gluten free -dairy free -healthy fats

Lunch: Grated red cabbage, and diced butternut squash (one of the healthiest vegetables for losing weight with its low calories & high levels of dietary fibre, they’re only around 75 calories in one cup, which makes them one of the ‘negative calorie’ foods considered so good for weight loss) fried in coconut oil with cayenne pepper & an egg, along with a 'tuna with a twist' sachet -gluten free -dairy free -low carbohydrate -pre&post workout

Lunch: I simply boiled this plate of sliced vegetables using a crinkle cut knife - a parsnips courgette & some swede, butternut squash & celery (if I was to make this again I wouldn't add the courgette or celery) & added some apple cider vinegar -gluten free -low carbohydrate -dairy free -post workout
